Evolution Botanicals is a premium Australian botanical supplement brand. I joined as the first in-house creative and was tasked with building the brand's visual identity and production capability from the ground up.
The Challenge
The brand had no in-house creative infrastructure. Visual assets were inconsistent, production was outsourced to external agencies, and there was no unified brand system to anchor the growing range of digital and physical touchpoints.
The Approach
Built the brand design system from the ground up in Figma, establishing a scalable asset library and structured workflows the business could grow into. Simultaneously established an in-house content studio, eliminating agency dependency entirely, and took full ownership of creative production end-to-end: shoot direction, location sourcing, talent coordination, styling, and post-production. Delivered packaging design, high-performing Meta ad creative, email campaigns, and brand collateral across all channels.
The Outcome
A fully operational in-house creative function where none existed before. Consistent brand execution across packaging, paid social, and email. Reduced reliance on external agencies with no loss in output quality or volume.
